Create: Adult Carers Jewellery Making

In March 2023, some of our Adult Carers completed a Jewellery Making Course with Create.

Create is the UK’s leading charity empowering lives, reducing isolation and enhancing wellbeing through the creative arts. We often partner with them to provide carers of all ages with the opportunity to relax and feel inspired through art and creative practice.

This wonderful series of workshops gave carers the chance to experiment with different jewellery styles and mediums. All jewellery was then theirs to take home at the end of the course.

In the final session, we held an exhibition and celebration to show off all of the work. We ate delicious food, discussed what we learnt, and awarded certificates to participants.
