NHS Parent Carer Consultation

Lambeth’s Contact a Family’s Winter 2015 newsletter is due out next week. They will be posting a copy to their members as well as emailing a PDF version to all stakeholders and providers.  

This will have information about a parent carer consultation event and survey that the NHS would like to carry out in January 2015.

In advance of this newsletter being circulated, They would appreciate it if this information was given to Lambeth based parent carers of a disabled children, or a child

with additional needs that they work with. Details are listed at the end of this message.

Details of parent carer consultation event are as follows:

Each year the NHS have allocated funding to buy specialist equipment to help your child to take part in activities.

o make sure that parent carers are central in deciding how this money is spent, the NHS would like to invite you to a consultation event to share ideas and work out together the best use if this funding.
