Cultural Services – Fees and Charges Council Consultation

The council is now halfway through consultation on proposals for changes to its fees and charging policy for cultural services in Lambeth, and would really welcome peoples’ views on this.

They have a range of different fees and charges that they apply to make sure that they can run activities in well maintained facilities as well as help to raise additional income for the council. . It includes the following areas:

  • Parks and open spaces
  • Commercial and community activities and events
  • Sport and leisure
  • Libraries

Lambeth Council now want to take a step back and check that our prices are fit for purpose and that they are meeting our community outcomes.  Due to reductions in government funding, they also need to maximise income.

They would very much like to hear your feedback, views and comments.
