Young Carers Project
The main service in Lambeth for young carers is the Young Carers Project which is part of Crossroads Care - South Thames. It provides information, advice and support for children and young people (5-19) caring for a family member with an illness or disability.
Activities include:
* Holiday trips and outings
* Homework clubs
* Youth clubs
* One-to-one support
Open to professionals and for self-referrals.
