The Hub in the community
Our aim is to make our services available to carers wherever they need them. A range of services are provided from our main bases at The Accord Centre and Woodlawns in Streatham.
We also take some of our services out to other community venues
Members of our team can visit carers groups, other community organisations, GPs - in fact anyone who wants to help us to promote what the Hub has to offer and to work with us to improve services for carers in Lambeth.
