Our Carers’ Enquiry Line is your gateway to all issues relating to your caring role.
The Carers’ Hub Enquiry Line offers information, support and general advice on all issues affecting you as a carer. Our aim is to support you in your caring role by helping with issues like Housing, Social Services, Council Services, Welfare Benefits, Maximising your Income, Charitiable Grants, Leisure activities, Transport, Local Support Groups, NHS services, Respite and Carers Assessments. If our aim is that if we don't know, we will find someone who does!
We can also register you on the Lambeth Carers Network by phone if you do not wish to sign up online.
In addition to the range of services the Carer's Hub provides, we can let you know about other organisations and make referrals for you, if needed.
You can call and speak to someone Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, with voicemail at other times.
