Post: Schools Project Officer – (term - time only)

21 x hours per week - £12 per hour: £9,828 per annum

Are you looking for real job satisfaction by working with Young Carers in Lambeth working with the Young Carers Project?

If so, we want to meet you. This is an exciting opportunity to develop this brand new post (funded by L&Q Group) working closely with the schools and Young Carers Project to identify and support young carers, assessing their needs. This role would suit someone who has previously worked with Children / Youth / Young Carers in an educational / community setting.

As Schools Project Officer you must be:

·         Available to work between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (term - time only)

·         Experienced working with youth in an educational or community setting

·         Willing to travel around schools in Lambeth

·         Willing to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check

Young Carers Assessment Review & Support Worker – (part time)

21 x hours per week - £11 per hour:  £20,000 pro rata (£12,000 per annum)

This is an exciting opportunity to develop this brand new post working with the Young Carers Project to identify and support young carers, and the families in Lambeth assessing their needs. This role would suit someone who has previously worked with children, young people, young carers or families in an educational / community setting.

As the Young Carer Assessment Review & Support Worker you must be:

·         Available to work between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (with some flexible evening work)

·         Experienced working with children, young people  in an educational or community setting

·         Willing to travel within Lambeth

·         Willing to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check
