About us
Welcome to the website for Carers’ Hub Lambeth.
We are a partnership of local charities working together to provide vital services to carers in Lambeth
Crossroads Care - South Thames, Age UK Lambeth and Disability Advice Service Lambeth (DASL) are the main partners in a consortium which has been commissioned by Lambeth Council to provide key services identified in the Lambeth Carers’ Strategy 2008 – 2013.
We are working closely with carers, Lambeth Council, NHS Lambeth and voluntary and community organisations to develop and deliver the Carers’ Hub.
